looking for a
new approach to YOUR Pain Management treatment plan?
If you are suffering from a history of chronic pain that is or is not under control with current treatment plan, we can provide you with a new approach for either better pain control or less side effects.
During our initial consult, we will evaluate your current treatment regimen. Together, we will establish goals of treatment, both short and long term, as well as a value of functional improvement over arbitrary numerical rating of pain. New imaging, surgical/psychological evaluation etc. may be needed as well.
From here our team will develop a custom treatment plan just for you! We will formulate a goal orientated plan with the patient, centering around your needs and helping you regain the quality of life you so desire.
