Ladan Abbasi is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in patient care and procedural medicine, with extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.

Throughout her career, Ladan has developed comprehensive treatment plans and performed a wide range of venous procedures, treating everything from cosmetic spider and reticular veins to more complex medical venous conditions. Her procedural expertise includes sclerotherapy, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, Varithena®, ambulatory phlebectomy, and other minimally invasive treatments for venous insufficiency.

Her experience in vein care extends beyond clinical practice. Ladan has trained physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants throughout New Jersey and New York City in the evaluation and treatment of venous disease and in performing a broad range of venous procedures. She is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on patient safety, comfort, and long-term outcomes.

Ladan also has significant experience in interventional spine pain management, evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic spinal conditions. She performs comprehensive clinical evaluations, reviews diagnostic imaging, and develops individualized treatment plans that may include conservative therapies and image-guided spinal procedures. She works closely with pain management physicians, spine surgeons, physical therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated care and help patients improve function and quality of life.

Her additional background in aesthetic medicine complements her procedural expertise and understanding of anatomy, with an emphasis on subtle, natural-looking results.
